After werewolves attack her family, Amelia Singer escapes to Cutter’s Folly in search of her long lost grandmother. There she finds the strangest revelation yet: not only is she descended from a long line of shapeshifters; Amelia’s firstborn is destined to lead the pack to dominion over all others. Now power hungry shifters everywhere will stop at nothing to share in that prophecy. Choosing a mate is the only way to end the violence, but how can she be expected to choose a man she’s known for less than a week? At the heart of this struggle, Amelia is torn between Chase, who makes her pulse race with a single sultry glance, and Cutter, a reclusive but tempting loner with secrets of his own. Can fiercely independent Amelia find happiness with the pack, or will she rebel under the pressure and take her chances on her own?

“It was ironic that this happened to me; I was never a night person at heart. So you can see right off the bat why a vampire was the very last thing I would have chosen to be.”

Anja Evans wakes up in the morgue with a helluva hangover. She chalks it up to a strange brush with death and gets back to her life as a music student in San Francisco. It takes almost eating her best friend before she figures out… she’s a vampire! When a dark and dangerous vampire shows up at her door asking to see her license and registration, Anja assumes Bishop is a regular cop. But breeding among vampires is strictly controlled, and her unlicensed status makes her an enemy of The Order. Struggling to find a balance between her former life and her undead one, Anja tries to blend school and living up to her new identity, all while searching to find the elusive Viking whose blood gave Anja the strength of a vampire hundreds of years old.

Pretty Witches All in a Row

Pretty Witches All in a Row is Lisa’s best selling novel to date. It is available for sale as an eBook on Amazon.com! It’s out as an e-book for $3.99 but you don’t have to have a Kindle to read it, they have free downloadable apps so you can read it on your PC, or even your phone. It’s also available from Amazon in print.

Someone is picking off a coven of witches one by one. Can Sgt. Nick Gibson and his team of detectives catch the killer before he loses the pretty witch who’s got him under her spell?

Nick must cast aside his disbelief and delve into the world of the supernatural to solve the case. On hand to help is Annaliese, a member of the coven who claims to have had a prophetic dream at the exact time of each victim’s death, offering clues to the identity of the killer. Can he accept the ‘proof’ offered by unconventional means or is she deliberately leading him astray to hide her own secrets? To cloud the issue, a local evangelist is telling anyone who asks that the victims had it coming. Is religious mania the motive for murder, or is it something more personal?

Mercy for the Wicked“How do you tell a guy you’re being stalked by demons without sounding like a fruitcake? Even if he really cares about you, there’s bound to be that moment when he looks at you like you’re a total nutbar, right?”

Mercy is back, and in a world of trouble as factions from above and below vie for her attention, pulling her from the carefully constructed ‘normalcy’ of her life. After confessing all to boyfriend Ben, Mercy is counting on fallen angel Samael to help protect her while she deals with the sting of Adam’s abandonment. But self control has never been Adam’s strong suit. When Mercy is pursued from all sides, will Adam be able to resist playing the hero? Or will Mercy get tired of waiting and save herself? In the end, Mercy must decide, is the enemy of her enemy her friend? Or just a worse enemy?

The Touch

The Touch is available for sale as an eBook on Amazon.com
and BarnesAndNoble.com! It’s out as an e-book for $2.99 for Kindle or Nook or download for your PC or phone, and it’s also available from Amazon in print.

The Touch - Lisa Olsen

Lexi Morgan has always had The Touch; the ability to pick up an object and “see” its past. Doomed to wearing protective gloves at all times, she learned to accept it as equal parts gift and curse. When her brother in law Neil disappears, she’d rather tell her sister Allie to celebrate, than try to help find the jerk. But after her young niece Chloe vanishes as well, it’s time to put her gift to good use and help track her down, especially when handsome Detective Gabriel Ryan takes over the case. While the Detective seems less than convinced in Lexi’s ability to help him solve the case, he can’t dispute her uncanny ability to pull memories out of simple items. When the investigation leads them to the restless spirits of long dead children, they must work together to keep history from repeating itself before it’s too late.

Angel of Mercy

Angel of Mercy is available for sale as an eBook on Amazon.com and BarnesAndNoble.com! It’s out as an e-book for $2.99 but you don’t have to have a Kindle or Nook to read it, they have free downloadable apps so you can read it on your PC, or even your phone, and it’s also available in print through Amazon.

When Mercy wakes up in the hospital after a brutal stabbing, she has little recollection of the attack; only the blurred memories of a mysterious stranger with piercing blue eyes that haunts her dreams. Remembering enough of her own identity, (Name – Merceline Renault, check. Occupation – bartender at the nightclub Eden in Seattle, check. Phone number, ABC’s and the lyrics to every musical ever made, check.) Mercy struggles to piece together the events that brought her to the ICU at Northwest Hospital. When the blue-eyed stranger turns up in her hospital room, Mercy assumes it’s the medication that’s bringing her dreams to life.

Mercy is stunned to find her wounds virtually healed with only the faintest trace of a scar left. Even more jarring, the surprised eyes that look back at her in the mirror are no longer her own familiar brown but a startling shade of blue – the same blue as her mystery man. After spotting the same man, that only she can see, Mercy follows him home, brazenly confronting him. (kids at home, never do that!) Her savior turns out to be less than human, or is it more?

Samael is a fallen angel, bound to the Earth and living out his life among humans but apart from them. Sam and his brethren dwell among us, never seen, never heard, but always watching… and on occasion, intervening to atone for sins great enough to be cast down from heaven. Unwilling to let an innocent die, Sam bestowed some of his Grace to Mercy, healing her wounds and accidentally imbuing her with some of his angelic powers.

Thrust into a world within her own where angels and demons coexist unseen by mere mortals, Mercy must learn to accept the fact that she is no longer strictly human; she is something new. Complicating things is Adamiel, the reckless fallen angel who is Sam’s enigmatic friend. In every way that Sam is light, Adam is dark, from his jet black hair to his wicked smile. Equal parts information and aggravation, Sam and Adam help Mercy acclimate to her new life.

Determined to find a balance between her new abilities and juggling friends, family, job and others who are attracted to her Grace, Mercy struggles to play catch up before she draws too much unwanted attention from the powers that be and their minions. But now Mercy’s eyes are opened to a whole new world beyond the human realm… and their eyes are opened to her.

Great read! I really loved it, and can’t wait for the sequel to come out. My imagination is running wild!

Hi! I only just started reading, but I thought you would like to know that there’s a spelling mistake (or I think it’s a spelling mistake) in the 1st chapter where Mercy just woke up in the hospital and the nurse is there with her. From the paragraph that starts with “She said that like I was suppose to know who this Dr. Michaelson was…” the 2nd sentence of said paragraph states “Instead I gave a longing took towards that plastic cup…” Here I believe “took” should be “look”. Just thought you would like to know about this and maybe try to get it fixed if possible.

Anyways, love the story so far (even though I’m still reading chapter 1!) I was hooked after the 1st paragraph. I also love your TVD fanfics as well. One of the best TVD fanfic authors.

Thanks so much for letting us know! It’s amazing what six pairs of eyes can still miss! We’ve already got it fixed in time for the print version. Please feel free to let me know if you spot anything else, and I’m glad you’re enjoying it!

  3. greenemage says:

As Lisa’s editor/publisher/gopher/etc (and also husband…) I’ll have to take the blame for that – I should have caught it. Thanks for letting us know, especially as we are getting ready to go to print. I’ll get the ebook versions updated tonight, will take about a day for them to get fixed online.

Thanks again for the help, and if you see any other problems feel free to shout out!

  4. Shea Murray says:

Are you writing a sequel to wake me when the sun goes down? I really enjoyed it.

    • Lisa Olsen says:

Hi Shea, I’m glad to hear you enjoyed it! Yes, I will be writing the sequel to Wake Me When the Sun Goes Down this summer and it should be out early fall. In the next book we’ll learn a lot more about the vampire lore, Bishop’s past and more from Anja’s family as well. :)
