Winners for the Forged Bloodlines fan fiction contest!

As promised, I have winners in multiple categories for the Forged Bloodlines fan fiction contest. In no particular order they are:

Most inspiring – Perfect Or Real, You Can’t Have Both by Randi Padgett.
This one made me a little sentimental as I read Anja experiencing perfection and reality. It made me think about how some things will never come to pass and some of the experiences Anja will miss out on. It definitely gave me some seeds of ideas for later down the line. (no vampire babies, I promise!)

Most whimsical – Captain America, Rob and Bishop, Oh My! by Kayla Johnson
Such a cute story! It made me want to go to Comic Con with Anja and the boys and see what ruckus they could get up to! Can you imagine how easy it would be to cut in line if you could compel people? Not to mention the photo ops and autographs you could get! (Not that Anja would ever abuse that ability!)

Most like canon – Don’t Wake Me by Beckie Pimentel
Beckie was spot on with the dialogue and the setting was perfect for Anja and Rob. I could easily see this going on in Rob’s mind during his transition from human to vampire, sweet and a little sad at the same time.

All three ladies win a $10 Amazon gift card, some sweet swag and a signed copy of one of my books!

In other news – Have you pre-ordered your copy of Release Me When the Sun Goes Down yet? Less than two weeks until it’s out!
